The collaboration involves the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance alongside international and local partners focused on technology and innovation. The initiative will support the establishment of AI laboratories, research programmes, and specialized training opportunities for students, ICT professionals, and young innovators. Authorities say the partnership is designed to strengthen Uganda’s digital transformation agenda while preparing the workforce for emerging technology-driven industries.
