Nvidia Turns to Wall Street to Finance Massive AI Infrastructure Expansion

Goldman Sachs is reportedly in discussions with investors about financing the initiative through junior capital and private credit and is expected to act as a central lender. Money managers and insurers are expected to form a significant part of the investor base, while participating asset managers could gain exposure to AI infrastructure financing.
