Shikho has launched “Think AI,” a free Bangla-language course designed to expand artificial intelligence literacy among students, educators and young professionals in Bangladesh. Developed with LightCastle Partners and supported by Meta, the program covers AI basics, generative tools, ethical considerations and practical skill development. It is accessible to learners without any technical background, making it suitable for a wide audience including freelancers and university students. The initiative comes at a time when more than half of the country’s population is under 25, highlighting the need for future-ready skills. Experts at the launch emphasized the importance of integrating AI education into national curricula and strengthening digital infrastructure. By removing barriers to learning and offering localized content, the platform aims to empower individuals and support economic growth. The program also reflects a broader push to prepare the workforce for an increasingly AI-driven global economy.
