Fracttal strengthens European expansion by acquiring Spanish software firm Tcman

Fracttal, a Latin American AI-driven maintenance software company, has acquired the Catalan firm Tcman to reinforce its presence in Europe and accelerate its growth strategy. Tcman, founded in 1997, is known for its GIM platform used by more than 250 organizations to manage critical assets across industries such as infrastructure, healthcare, and manufacturing. The acquisition allows Fracttal to combine Tcman’s established customer base and sector expertise with its own AI-powered platform, which already manages over 20 million assets in more than 60 countries. The integration is expected to enhance capabilities in predictive maintenance, data analytics, and IoT connectivity. Fracttal also recently secured a $35 million funding round, which it plans to use to expand across Europe and Latin America and strengthen its AI development. The deal reflects growing consolidation in industrial software as companies race to build smarter, AI-enabled maintenance systems for global markets.
