Independent Authority Against Corruption (IAAC) in Mongolia has introduced an AI-based platform called tuss.io, developed by Tus Solution, to monitor government orders, decisions, and regulations for legal compliance and corruption risks. The system automatically reviews official documents issued by state bodies, detecting procedural errors, conflicts of interest, and inconsistencies with national laws. Over the past three years, hundreds of decisions have been analyzed, with many being revised, amended, or invalidated based on findings from the platform. This digital initiative highlights Mongolia’s efforts to strengthen transparency and accountability in public administration through modern technology. By using AI-driven analysis, the authority can identify irregularities faster and more accurately than traditional manual methods. The system supports evidence-based governance, reduces opportunities for corruption, and improves regulatory quality. It also demonstrates how artificial intelligence can enhance public sector oversight, helping build more transparent, efficient, and trustworthy institutions for long-term governance reform.
